Do you provide bed linen washing?
Yes, as an optional add-on. €15–€25 per set (double bed), depending on quantity.
What’s included in Turnover Cleaning (Package 1)
Full guest turnover: bed linen change, bathroom/kitchen disinfection, floors/windows, trash removal. 60-90 min for standard 1-2 bedroom apt.
How do check-ins work?
We coordinate smart lock codes, key handovers or in-person meets. Flexible for late arrivals.
How are prices calculated for home cleaning?
Custom quote based on m², frequency and specifics. No fixed "from" prices – contact us.
Do you handle pool/garden maintenance?
Minor checks in Premium Package. Full maintenance via trusted local partners (extra fee).
What about cancellations?
Free cancellation up to 24h before. Within 24h: 50% fee for cleaning bookings.
Payment methods?
Invoices issued monthly for management packages. We accept all payment methods.
